What do you like best about CartonCloud?

Honestly, the thing that kept on CartonCloud is that it doesn't feel complicated. A scan on the floor updates stock in real time, that same tock movement flows into delivery job, and the driver's proof-of-delivery closes the loop and feeds straight into billing. I'm not jumping between a WMS, a separate TMS, or a spreadsheet to reconcile what actually happened. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CartonCloud?

What problems is CartonCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before something like CartonCloud, a lot of 3PLs run their WMS and TMS as two disconnected tools (or spreadsheets). CartonCloud combines WMS + TMS in a single connected platform — covering inventory management, automated rate cards and invoicing, client portals, ePOD, live dispatch, real-time reporting, and mobile scanning, so warehouse staff and drivers aren't working off two different sources.
