The biggest advantage is the low latency, which makes conversations feel more natural and responsive. The voice quality is also quite natural, especially for conversational use cases. It integrates well with our existing voice-bot stack and has been relatively easy to implement.
The streaming capabilities are particularly useful because we can start playing the response without waiting for the entire audio to be generated. We use both STT/TTS voice models, and the voice model rates are best in market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Indian English and Hinglish pronunciation can sometimes be inconsistent, especially with names and local terminology, so it takes many trials to get it right. More granular controls for emotion, tone, pauses, and overall speaking style would also be helpful. The voice library could include more high-quality Indian voices and additional regional language options, although this may be a plan limitation on our side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
