What do you like best about CarrierOS AI TMS?

What I like best about CarrierOS AI TMS is how much of the routine work it automates while keeping everything connected to the load. Instead of repeatedly entering the same information for dispatch, paperwork, invoicing, and driver settlements, the system carries the load information through each step.

The AI rate confirmation and document workflows are especially useful because they reduce manual data entry and help us catch missing or mismatched paperwork before it becomes a billing problem. I also like the dashboard and Truck Board because they give us a quick view of what is happening across our loads, trucks, and drivers.

Overall, it saves time on repetitive administrative work and makes it easier to keep our operations and back office organized in one system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CarrierOS AI TMS?

The main area I’d like to see improved is the availability of third-party integrations. Some workflows involving ELDs, accounting software, factoring companies, fuel cards, or load boards may still require manual transfers or separate processes. It would be great to have more ready-made integrations as the platform continues to develop.

The AI automation is also dependent on the quality of the source documents, so occasionally information from unclear or unusual rate confirmations may need to be reviewed and corrected. What problems is CarrierOS AI TMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

CarrierOS AI TMS is helping us solve the problem of having too many repetitive, disconnected processes across dispatch, paperwork, billing, and driver settlements. Before, the same load information could need to be entered or checked multiple times. CarrierOS keeps that information connected throughout the workflow and automates many of the routine steps.

It also helps us stay on top of missing documents and billing blockers, which reduces delays when preparing invoices. The automated settlement preparation saves time on back-office work as well.

The biggest benefit is that our team spends less time on manual data entry and document handling and more time focusing on actual operations. Having loads, documents, billing, and settlements connected in one system also makes it easier to keep everything organized and gives us better visibility into the business.
