What do you like best about CargoWise?

As an operations professional at a global freight forwarder, I find CargoWise to be a very robust tool for end-to-end shipment management. It centralizes all documentation and tracking in one place, which is essential for maintaining workflow consistency across different branches. What do you dislike about CargoWise?

The interface feels a bit dated and is not very intuitive for new users, meaning the learning curve is quite steep. Also, as an operator in Argentina, I find it challenging that the system does not have a direct integration with the local Customs system (Malvina), requiring some manual data cross-checking to ensure compliance Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CargoWise solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps us maintain a "single source of truth" for all our shipments. It simplifies the coordination between different departments and provides a clear audit trail. Even without the direct local customs integration, having all the pre-shipment data organized in CargoWise makes the manual entry into other portals much faster and less prone to errors.
