"CareStack Has It All!"

What do you like best about CareStack?

The support from the CareStack team has been unbelievable. I always receive a very prompt reply which is so helpful considering how robust the software is and how much there is to learn. Additionally, the modern feel of CareStack is such a welcome change after using a very well known PMS that never seemed to update. The software is so well designed and thought out. I have also greatly enjoyed having the User Resource Guide - amazing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CareStack?

A feature that I wish was present was for unlimited text messaging as well as MMS capability. We have decided to implement VoiceStack, so I don't think that this will be an issue any longer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CareStack solving and how is that benefiting you?

They are giving me and my partner such in depth metrics and KPIs that we never had access to with our old practice management software. It is so easy to compile and analyze data which is great for us. It allows us to see the data that matter to us such a schedule utilization, treatment plan acceptance, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
