"CareStack Simplifies Treatment Planning with Top-Notch Onboarding Support"

What do you like best about CareStack?

Since moving to CareStack, we’ve already noticed how much easier it is to manage fewer systems, and being able to attach fee schedules to specific providers for different counties should make treatment planning much simpler. Once we finish setup for coverages and plan details, the system will be able to treatment plan for us, which means no more manual calculations.

The support I’ve received overall—especially from my three reps during onboarding and training—has been top-notch. There are also multiple ways to get help when needed, and it’s been quick and painless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CareStack?

What problems is CareStack solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's an all in one software and we don't have to deal with multiple vendors now. We also had issues with fee schedules for different counties/providers, multiple clinics-basing payments to clinic and provider, manually figuring out treatment plans and going outside our software to communicate with patients. We are noticing the ease of less clinics and being able to attach fee schedules to providers for different counties will make treatment planning so much easier.
