"CareStack Simplifies Multi-Location Practices with Intuitive UI and Excellent Support"

What do you like best about CareStack?

CareStack has made it much easier to run our multi-specialty, multi-location practice. The onboarding and support teams have been awesome, and the user interface is clean, intuitive, and clearly well thought out. The AI integration is also a real plus. We were nervous about switching to cloud-based software, but CareStack has performed flawlessly so far, and it comes at a price point you can’t beat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CareStack?

Getting used to the reports and the overall layout has definitely been a learning curve. Not because the design is poor, but simply because it’s new to me. The training videos are helpful and well done, but they can be time-consuming to get through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CareStack solving and how is that benefiting you?
