What do you like best about Caresoft?

the tech team is readily available for all my questions. any changes I have requested thus far the developers have completed. very easy software to use for documentation of Supported Community Living. the price is only 10 dollars per users whis is very good for a small company like mines. they signed a BAA is which is great for Hippa compliance. What do you dislike about Caresoft?

I wish the Admin panel was a little easier to navigate, other than that I have no complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Caresoft solving and how is that benefiting you?
