What do you like best about CareSmartz360?

What stands out most about CareSmartz360 is how it helps simplify the complexity of running a home care agency. Instead of switching between different systems, most daily tasks—from caregiver scheduling and EVV to billing and payroll—can be managed in one place. This has helped improve efficiency and reduce administrative overhead.

Another highlight is the customer support. Whenever I've needed assistance, the team has been easy to reach and genuinely invested in finding a solution rather than just closing a ticket. What do you dislike about CareSmartz360?

One aspect that could be improved is the user experience for some of the more advanced features. While the platform is comprehensive, certain settings and workflows can take a bit of time to learn, especially for new users. I'd also like to see greater flexibility in customizing reports and dashboards so agencies can access key insights more easily. Occasionally, after major feature updates, it takes a little time to adjust to the changes, but the improvements are generally worthwhile. CareSmartz360 helps eliminate the challenges of managing multiple operational processes across different systems. It centralizes scheduling, caregiver coordination, EVV, billing, payroll, and client management into a single platform, making daily operations much more organized. This has reduced manual work, improved communication across our team, and made it easier to track important information in real time. The automation features also save a considerable amount of administrative effort, allowing us to focus more on delivering quality care rather than managing paperwork.
