**What do you like best about CareerBuilder Applicant Tracking?**

CareerBuilder Applicant Tracking software is very useful for the pool of candidates it is providing to recruiters. 

We can search Non-IT as well as IT profiles from the pool. It has decent number of filters to narrow down our search and reach the relevant profiles. 

It is easy to keep track of the candidates we have viewed, contacted, in process or hired. Easy to post jobs.

**What do you dislike about CareerBuilder Applicant Tracking?**

It is overall a good software. There are not such shortcomings in the software. 
Just that if the pool can be made more broader for the IT field profiles then it will be more beneficial to the sourcers.

With CareerBuilder Applicant Tracking software, the sourcing of profiles or can say reaching to the active job seekers have become little easier. The applicants also can reach us easily by applying on our job postings.

I would strongly encourage you to consider alternatives in the ATS space that are much more user friendly and progressive technology

Right now the ATS is hurting more than it is helping. Given CB does not have many partnerships or marketplace relationships, integrations are limited to none and this creates a significant amount of manual work for HR teams.

For a period of time, CareerBuilder lost credibility in the recruiting and talent acquisition space. However, they have revamped their website and software and it looks great now. It is a solid tool to both find and track talent!

CareerBuilder lacks some of the integrations and automation that other, more modern, applicant tracking systems offer. These integrations offer an often large time saving for recruiters.

The ability to both source and find talent and accurately track candidates all in one location, in turn increasing productivity for the talent acquisition team.

Career Builder is one of the good job boards in the market. The best thing about is you find variety of candidates on this job board right from IT to Non-IT requirements. The price of this software is cheaper and it is convenient to use.

Career Builder has a variety of candidates; however, the pool of candidates is less compare to the other job boards such as Monster, Zip Recruiter, Indeed, etc. The limited pool of candidates is the only drawback, however the advantages are more then its disadvantages.

**Recommendations to others considering CareerBuilder Applicant Tracking:**

Career Builder Job Board is for every professional recruiter working on a variety of Non-IT and IT requirements daily. I would recommend this software to everyone as it is convenient, cheaper and the quality of resumes are genuine and not fake.

**What problems is CareerBuilder Applicant Tracking solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am solving my day-to-day recruiting needs using this Applicant Tracking software. I am easily able to find candidates for lower-level positions which are into Non-IT to someone who is a professional. This Applicant tracking system helps me cover my annual targets by fetching additional hires that I always aim to get. The cost of the job board is less compare to the other applicant tracking systems in the market. Somebody can quickly fill positions such as Forklift Operator, Technician, Mechanical Engineer, Computer Technician, Medical Assistant, Customer Service Representative can be quickly filled through these job boards. IT positions can also be easily filled through this job board. I would definitely like to recommend this software to every professional for their hiring needs.

Whenever I have a non IT jobs , I love to work on CB as it has more relavent resume compare with other tool.

There are a couple very helpful tools that CareerBuilder offers. Scalable HCM software solutions assist in recruiting and sourcing, as well as onboarding, benefits administration, wellness and more.

I did not particularly like the number of emails and notifications I received as applications came in. Also, I struggled sometimes to download and view resumes.

I would recommend that CareerBuilder have a more interactive and available customer service support line.

The ability to search for candidates from different job boards, which has built into the ATS is extremely useful and time-saving. Our recruiters love this feature as they do not need to switch between multiple solutions. their workflows are configurable and easy to change.  We also use their career site which is mobile compatible. They also have a wide range of reporting options for us to extract any data we deem useful

**What do you dislike about CareerBuilder Applicant Tracking?**

It is great at engaging old candidates from the pool but the search that it uses to zero in on them could be better. It would also be great if it were a simpler process to make changes to the workflow. Same could be said for the process of extracting reports. All in all, its a stable product and that is a very important factor for us. A more agile approach to solving client issues would also be appreciated by us and their other clients I believe. Sometimes getting work done from their team can take time.

We were looking to set up a centralized repository of our candidates that is more usable in the future. CareerBuilder ATS met all of our selection criteria. Our process is a lot more consistent and we managers now have all the data that they need at their fingertips. Candidates have also benefitted as the platform ensures that now of them fall through the cracks. Most importantly, we can now close positions at a faster rate, while paying less to job boards; both of which were very important for us

I use this job board for non technical requirements and for finding university graduates for entry level positions.

Credibility, User interface is also not interesting. Candidates's resumes gets distorted after uploading over it. Also you can't figure out candidates's interests just by looking at the information at this job board like their salary expectations, visa status etc.

It certainly helps recruiting good candidates. sometime you get unique and excellent resume on this board which you  can't find over any other platform. Also it serves good profiles for niche skills.

Hey, one of the best thing about the Career Builder (CB) is filters, keywords are easy, then location, duration's can be applied as needed, employment VISA status and finally they have "n" number of candidates on Job Board compared to other Job Boards I've used till date. If recruiter knows what to use, how to use, where to use, then that recruiter is winner.

**What do you dislike about CareerBuilder Applicant Tracking?**

Job Board has to filter H1B candidates, as in while somebody is uploading resume to the board i guess they should make it mandatory about the VISA status so that it would be easy for recruiters to filter as needed which saves everybody's time.

Really i would like every recruiting company to use use this Applicant Tracking system (ATS), it's one of the user friendly Applicant Tracking system (ATS) i used till date. One amazing board to board on by all Staffing firm.

Recruiting, "N" number candidates, user friendly, easy to handle in a efficient way, saves time if lucky enough in one shot search string . Job title tab is so helpful while searching, as it gives a option on checkbox which can be used as needed. Location tracking is so easy as it don't need zip code anytime. I would like to mention about Recruiting Edge which is really life saver sometimes because some candidates are available only is edge not on other ATS.You can include related keywords which is really unique compared ro all boards i've used.

I like that CareerBuilder gives you the ability to find qualified talent in your network and then look beyond your network into your area if you don't have what you need available.

It's not as robust as other ATS systems I've seen but it appears to be improving.

I've noticed that we're able to move data from the CB ATS to another ATS using an API and that's been great for our existing customers as well as new clients who want to continue to use both offerings.
