What do you like best about Carbone?

The system is elegant, simple and user friendly even during busy days at work. It works seamlessly with our existing database, cloud storage and web-based application without any dependency on faulty scripts. In case of processing big end of term registers and participant lists, the render engine is fast and strong, without any lags in performance. The smart assistant alerts us regarding invalid tags and assigns variables in a highly accurate way before file rendering that helps us save many hours of formatting. In addition to it, creating huge number of award and class summary files has become an easy job for us. In all, the system keeps our flow seamless and free of trouble, and we can produce error free files immediately after logging in to the dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Carbone?

Even though the expert team at Carbone was swift in helping us in the implementation process, fixing nested loops is not an easy task. Their error codes are sometimes confusing, and thus finding out small errors in the tagging structure of our custom document turns out to be an exercise in trial and error. This problem could be solved by developing a drag and drop tag designer tool that would benefit the non-technical personnel on our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Carbone solving and how is that benefiting you?

It eliminates the necessity of preparing documents manually and ensures automated generation of those that will remain compliant with governance regulations. As the information about rosters, schedules, and evaluations is generated automatically based on actual information, we no longer waste lots of time on weekly repetitive data input. The price of this service is completely justified due to the time we save as well as due to the fact that there is no risk of making any awkward mistakes in formatting official documents.
