The best thing about caralegal is that I can document processes, but it reduces the effort for manual follow-ups. The responsible employees/stakeholders are assigned structured tasks and the data protection team has an overview of the progress. The UI is clear and guides you through the process in a structured way. That your contacts now receive their tasks directly assigned and you can keep track of the progress is exactly the relief we aim to achieve. We gladly take your suggestion regarding the onboarding of individual users. We are continuously working on our context-related help texts so that the workflow logic is as self-explanatory as possible, even for colleagues without a data protection background.
