What do you like best about Capture Higher Ed?

Our rep, Kate Howard, is hands down the best. She's on top of everything and makes working with Capture easy and a pleasure. What do you dislike about Capture Higher Ed?

The UTM tracking tool is still a bit wonky, but I'm not complaining as that's not a main feature of the service and irrelevant to the positive impact we are measuring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Capture is an excellent tool to prioritize and personalize outreach efforts -- whether by counselors or faculty. Customizable creative designed and provided by Capture relieves bandwidth pressure on our thin-stretched in-house marketing team. What problems is Capture Higher Ed solving and how is that benefiting you?

Capture Engage is exactly that: it engages web visitors to identify them or gently nudge them through the funnel, CTA by CTA. The behavioral intelligence information is used by stakeholders across the organization and has resulted, when used to prioritize outreach, in yield rates that are anywhere from double to 10 times the average rate.
