What do you like best about Captivate Talent?

Justin was great to work with start to finish. He stayed on top of everything without ever being pushy. When I had questions about equity and insurance eligibility as a Colorado resident, he pinged the hiring manager right away so I wasn't left waiting. He checked in before the weekend while I was finalizing things, and even messaged me on my first day to see how it went. It felt like he actually cared about the fit, not just closing the placement.
