What do you like best about Captivate Talent?

Robyn does the work most recruiters skip. She put together a prep guide tailored to my actual interview, not some generic template. After my panel, she was direct and told me the hiring manager had trouble picturing me in the seat because of an experience gap, rather than just saying everything went great. That kind of honest feedback is what actually helps you fix something before it costs you the job. What problems is Captivate Talent solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was trying to move out of electrical distribution sales into SaaS with zero SaaS or renewal experience on my resume. That's a tough sell on paper. Robyn is the one who could see past the resume gap, get me in front of the right hiring manager at Attentive.ai, and coach me through positioning my trade experience as an asset instead of a liability.
