I like the convenient search and the ability to compare different programs. It helps quickly find programs by the necessary categories and compare their main features, prices, and reviews in one place, saving time. I also appreciate the ability to read user reviews and learn about their real usage experiences. The Capterra interface is intuitive and doesn't require much time to master, allowing me to quickly start using the search, categories, and program comparison.
