What problems is Capterra solving and how is that benefiting you?

This solves the problem of spending too much time researching business software across multiple websites. It brings reviews, pricing, comparisons, integrations, and feature details into one platform, which makes software selection faster and easier. For me, the biggest benefit is being able to compare tools quickly, understand real user experiences, evaluate pricing and ROI, and make more confident software purchasing decisions without having to do lengthy research.
