What do you like best about Capterra?

I really appreciate how easy it is to compare different software options side-by-side. The user reviews seem genuine, and the feature breakdowns help me quickly figure out if a tool will fit our technical requirements before I even bother signing up for a vendor demo. What do you dislike about Capterra?

Sometimes the pricing information isn't completely up to date or lacks details on enterprise tiers, so you still have to contact sales anyway. Also, some products clearly have a lot of incentivized reviews, which means I have to dig a bit deeper and filter by lower ratings to find the genuinely critical feedback. What problems is Capterra solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps cut through the marketing fluff when we need to evaluate new tools or platforms. Instead of wasting time on sales calls just to find out a product doesn't have a specific feature we need, I can read reviews from people actually using it on a daily basis.
