I like that Captello feels like more than just a lead-scanning tool. You can customize the capture flow, collect the details you actually care about, and then push that data forward instead of doing a bunch of cleanup afterward. The badge and business card scanning is especially handy when you have a lot of contacts to capture, and I also appreciate having the option to add extra fields through the forms rather than being stuck with a fixed set of information. The follow-up side is useful, too, because the captured contacts are already organized, so it’s much easier to go back through them later instead of trying to remember who was who. The biggest thing I struggled with was the initial setup. There are a lot of options for forms, fields, capture settings, and workflows, so it can feel a bit overwhelming when you’re just getting started. A few settings also take some digging to locate, and I had a couple of moments where I knew exactly what I wanted to change but still had to click around before I found the right option. Once the basics are in place, everything feels much easier to manage, but I do think the first-time setup experience could be more straightforward for new users.
