What do you like best about Captello?

Captello has made it easy for me to capture leads at live conferences. Since I attend conferences weekly, it helps me quickly collect lead details and then follow up afterward. What do you dislike about Captello?

When you first start using Captello, it can be a bit hard to get it working for you at conferences. The setup isn’t easy, and there are a lot of features that you might not use at first, which can be confusing. What problems is Captello solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me pick up leads faster and with better quality. Since I attend conferences on a weekly basis, having Captello to scan badges, manually add prospect data, and then connect everything to my CRM makes the process much smoother so marketing can add those contacts to our campaign lists.
