What do you like best about Captello?

Captello gives us a systematic, customizable and consistent way to capture leads across many different types of events, from small scientific conferences to larger trade shows. What do you dislike about Captello?

We have not come across any major issues with Captello. It is still relatively early in our use of the platform, so we are still building experience and measuring longer-term results such as lead-to-opportunity impact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Captello solving and how is that benefiting you?

Captello is solving the problem of inconsistent event lead capture and follow-up. Previously, some leads were not captured, some were entered incorrectly, and follow-up could take several days or even longer. At larger trade shows, we sometimes used separate lead retrieval systems, but that added cost and did not give us one consistent process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
