What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

I really like Capsule’s capability to store contacts/leads, store company information, and create opportunities when it comes to warm leads. You can also forward emails to a specific address they give you to keep track of in the system. This had made things a lot easier on the sales side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?

I have had the email address they gave me mess up in the past (it said it was an invalid email). You have to forward emails to the system rather than including the email in the original copy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Capsule CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are solving issues with our business pipeline. Our sales process and funnel was pretty undefined before we started using this system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
