**What do you like best about Capsule CRM?**

What I like best about Capsule CRM is its simplicity and ease of use. The interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy to manage contacts, sales opportunities, and tasks without a steep learning curve. I also like how it keeps customer information organized in one place, helping teams stay on top of interactions and follow ups. The integration options and customizable sales pipelines are also useful for managing day to day sales activities efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?**

One area where Capsule CRM could improve is reporting and analytics. While the available reports are useful, more advanced customization and deeper insights would be beneficial for larger teams. Some advanced CRM features available in enterprise platforms are limited, which may require additional integrations for complex business needs.

**What problems is Capsule CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Capsule CRM solves the problem of scattered customer information and manual relationship management. By centralizing contacts, communication history, tasks, and sales opportunities, it helps keep everything organized and accessible. This improves productivity, reduces the risk of missed follow ups, and provides better visibility into the sales pipeline. As a result, it helps manage customer relationships more effectively and saves time on administrative work.

**What do you like best about Capsule CRM?**

I have used Capsule for over 10 years. It integrates really well with my other software such as Xero and Transpond. Its extremely easy to use, it enables me to track my projects efficiently, as well as update any notes from recent contact. The new AI tools are really helpful, I am able to send an email in seconds using the AI email tool. Their customer service is excellent, and they offer webinars to help you use the software to your best ability. I think it is priced really well, and the software itself saves a lot of time when dealing with customer management.

**What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?**

I would like it if I could upload files to a project under its own file section, as after a couple of weeks, files do get lost in the trails and I have to keep scrolling to find them

**What problems is Capsule CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes customer management simple and efficient. I can create projects for every job I’ve quoted and keep everything organised by moving them through different stages.

**What do you like best about Capsule CRM?**

The flexibility of the system.  the fact that I can manipulate the many firleds and ways that it works so that I can use it close to the way that I like to work, and that I can make it fit my business, rather than trying to make my business fit into it.

**What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?**

The new Free package seems to have limited its flexibility to customise the milestones.  I have started a second system for another business and only need the free version for now.  However I plan to upgrade one of my systems, Probably my primary system and have both companies using the same Capsule CRM as it is flexible enough to do that.

**What problems is Capsule CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solved my lack of focus... I can do what I need to do, and when I come back to it in a few days, I know exactly what to do next.  No more needing to write notes on a list, no more trying to remember.  Even if I do stuff and forget to populate Capsule CRM, it's easy to return to it and update what has been done and get back on track.

**What do you like best about Capsule CRM?**

It’s a very straightforward CRM solution, especially well-suited for solopreneurs (like myself) as well as small and medium-sized businesses. The user interface is easy to pick up, there are plenty of integrations, and over the many years I’ve been using the platform, I haven’t run into any availability or performance issues. Support has been very helpful in the very few occasions I've demanded it.

**What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?**

The only thing I dislike is that I can’t granularly choose number formats for currencies or set the first day of the week (Sunday or Monday) independently of the language selection. As soon as you pick a language, those options are automatically applied. That’s not optimal.

**What problems is Capsule CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use the Sales Pipeline to keep track of all the leads connected to my professional speaking opportunities, and it’s been a very effective way to stay organized and follow up consistently.

**What do you like best about Capsule CRM?**

capsule CRM helps keep my daily work more organized without making things complicated. i work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content, so i regularly handle client follow ups, consultation reminders, appointments, nutrition discussions, and communication related work together. Capsule CRM makes this workflow more easy and structured. I use it frequently for follow up calls, task planning, reminders, and managing consultation related work. Features like contact management, task tracking, notes, reminders, activity history, and calendar view are very useful for my daily workflow. Keeping client details, follow-up discussions, and pending tasks in one place saves time and helps reduce confusion during busy clinic hours.

i also like activity tracking and reminder system because it helps me manage repeat client follow-ups more properly.  Performance is smooth for daily work and pages load properly most of the time. The interface feels clean, lightweight, and easy to navigate without too much complexity. Customer support and help resources were also simple to understand whenever needed. overall, Capsule CRM helps me manage clinic workflow, client communication, follow-up tasks, reminders, and professional work organization in more practical and time saving way.

**What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?**

some integrations and workflow connections depend on third-party tools, which can make setup little longer for specific work needs. Reporting is useful for daily tracking, but for deeper analysis and detailed reporting, I feel there could be more flexibility. Another small thing is that when switching between contacts, tasks, notes, and activity history many times during busy work, few pages sometimes take little extra time to refresh.

**What problems is Capsule CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

capsule crm is helping me keep follow-ups, client communication, tasks, and daily workflow more organized in one place. It makes managing reminders, notes, activity history, and pending tasks much easier during regular work. The task tracking and follow-up system is very useful because it helps keep communication and scheduled work properly managed without confusion. Activity history also helps in quickly checking previous discussions and updates when needed.
overall, it improves work organization, saves time, reduces chances of missing follow-ups, and makes daily workflow more smooth and manageable.

**What do you like best about Capsule CRM?**

Capsule CRM is a great tool for any business. It’s easy to navigate and works exactly as a business needs. It’s very user-friendly, and the information is easy to read and understand, whether you’re at a junior level or senior level.

**What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?**

I don’t seem to have any problems with Capsule, as it works for me exactly as I need it to. If I had to pick one thing, I’d say it could use a visual update.

**What problems is Capsule CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It really helps with my everyday work life by keeping my entire sales pipeline in one place. I’m able to track each stage of the pipeline, create reports, and easily monitor the financial side—like how my budget for the year is tracking against my projections, and whether I need to do more to hit my sales goals.

**What do you like best about Capsule CRM?**

It allows me to easily differentiate prospects from contacts. Unlike other CRMs which seem to class every contact and business as a potential sales lead, Capsule understands that some people are just contacts and that's fine. It's also clean and intuitive, allowing me to pick it up and start using it very quickly.

**What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?**

not much! A CalDav integration would be nice so we didn't have to stick with the usual players - Google & Microsoft. I want data independence and transparency.

**What problems is Capsule CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping in touch with leads. Most of mine are slow-burners that may take months or even years to realise, but consistent communication is key. Capsule is helping me manage this.

With new features consistently being added - like the AI summaries and ability to see timelines for projects, Capsule shows it is really listening to users and improving their software to meet our needs.

**What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?**

We're in contact with the team at Capsule and report any issues - things like not being able to sort projects easily or show them in chronological order is an issue for us.

**What problems is Capsule CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Capsule helps us track all of our customers, suppliers and partners so that we know exactly what's going on with every contact at every stage of a project or interaction with them. This helps our team to stay informed when speaking to clients and we all know what everyone is doing.

**What do you like best about Capsule CRM?**

It's easy to get started with, and grow along the way. Friendly and calm interface providing just the right amount of information at all times, while be fairly flexible and customizable. While it doesn't always get the latest integrations right away, the ones that are available seem to do the job. It's a good value for the price, and you can easily upgrade (or downgrade) as you need to. Great webinars regularly addressing evergreen and emerging topics. It's zippy and fast in the browser (unlike certain accounting software cough...quickbooks) The latest AI features and future MCP support are the cherry on top of a product that still feels like you're driving.

**What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?**

Sometimes I'd like to see features added faster, especially ones that help you manage, organize and maintain over time. These are mostly user maintenance issues. The API DOES allow you to perform lots of overhaul on the backend, which is a nice workaround to implementing new UI that needs to accommodate lots of people, so it's a good trade off.

It's helping me understand my growing list of contacts and actually begin marketing (after years of word-of-mouth business)

**What do you like best about Capsule CRM?**

This CRM is very easy to use and easy to set up as someone with no prior CRM use. The opportunity feature enables us to keep on top of tasks per case. Also, the filtering options are helpful when trying to complete tasks at the same time and covering others' tasks when they are not able to work. I also love that you are able to set email templates and the amount of information in one space you can easily access in seconds makes it so efficient. Along with this, when dealing with any issues, the support team are amazing at dealing with issues straight away

**What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?**

I do wish more templates were available sometimes in the subscription but it is not a big put-off. Also, when putting opportunities on for someone with a limited company, I can't put this opportunity for them on in personal name.

**What problems is Capsule CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been using the CRM for over a year, it consistently has updates to benefit user efficiency, for example, Zoom is now integrated to record meetings which will come in very handy
