What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

I like Capsule's simplicity and clear structure that helps to keep my business in track. Even if my business partner who hates 'updating' data, finds it easy to keep information fresh. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?

There is not much that I dislike about Capsule. Sometimes I struggle to integrate Capsule with some other tools (like Look at the moment), but the team is working hard on finding ways to get more and more tools speaking with Capsule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Capsule CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Capsule keeps my business up to date. My business partner and I know exactly what we are working on and we keep our comments and notes linked to relevant places. It is one source of truth for our business. We don't need to ask 'what is happening with so and so?', we can just look at Capsule and use our team meetings to discuss high level topics and not spend time on 'updating' each other.
