What do you like best about CapLinked?

What I like best about CapLinked is how easy it is to organize and securely share diligence materials. The platform is intuitive for both internal teams and outside parties, and it makes managing access, tracking documents, and keeping the diligence process organized much more efficient. What do you dislike about CapLinked?

The platform can occasionally feel a little clunky when navigating larger data rooms or managing a high volume of documents. I’d also like to see faster bulk-upload and file-management tools, along with a more modern and streamlined user interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CapLinked solving and how is that benefiting you?

CapLinked gives us a secure, centralized place to manage sensitive acquisition and due diligence materials. It helps keep documents organized, control access for different parties, and reduces the back-and-forth of sharing files over email.
