There is a learning curve. As with all business software. But super users need to get trained, so it’s not something you jump and start using without help. However, that learning curve is relatively easy once you get the hang of it.

Too many functions? This might be debatable if it’s a‘like’ or a ‘dislike’ but for many companies coming from the world of Excel or Sharepoint, it can be easy to get lost in the multiple functions the software has to offer. The upside is that their teams did help us focus on what was needed and we disabled all the rest. That made it easier to go-live faster.

More of a comment than a straight dislike, but we heard about a potentially new report generator that would be able to do what we normally did with our BI tool. Currently for some specific reports, we export the data to our warehousing system and from there we link to our BI system. We were told that they would release a new report generator in Q4 of 2026, so anxious to see that. It would help a lot and save a fair amount of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
