It is very flexible and can adapt to the needs (and numerous wish lists) of our teams. We use it in a number of countries, so people working in different currencies, consolidating in unique currency. I like the ability to track my costs, do forecasting, cash out and compare everything to budget and approved. It does have lots of possibilities and we probably use half of them. But everything is centralized and users have access to most recent data, so it’s a huge improvement from sharing spreadsheets over email or approving documents with standard electronic signature systems. Is someone tells me that they do not dislike anything, then something is wrong. Or they are not using the product. In every software there is something that could be improved and Capexplan is no different. Some layout they could improve, some pages a little heavy on settings. Over the years they have added a lot of functions, so sometimes this adds to a settings page. The good thing is that they do recognize this, they do listen to our comments and they generally work in good faith to improve things.
