Firstly, I would say that the issues are related to the complexity of the interface matured from a simple tool to a full ecosystem that may be quite limiting and bug-prone. For instance, the sales drive of the interface to upgrade to a better version by displaying its best AI features, locked premium features, and version differentiation might disturb the creative process since it keeps you in mind that the best things are behind a paywall. In addition, for complex designs with a lot of features, it is a potential problem since it may slow down the browser-based editor occasionally. In addition to that, although it has a simply excellent editor, its layer management, custom shapes, and typographic features are not quite precise compared to a full-scale piece of software such as Adobe Illustrator, which has full pixel perfection for professional designers. I like Canva bcoz it is easy for users to use like it is user friendly and saves time. I recently got a problem when editing my daily planner timetable sheet. When I overlay more than 2 images they start glitching and stop being visible. I think they can add more stickers or graphics so I can edit better images without relying on other stickers to download from different sources. i liked & super excited using Canva Ai, Because I'm a graphics designer with a simple prompt I can design a poster like create me a coffee ad post for Instagram within few seconds it will create and I can give some edit prompts and the final output just amazing as a graphics designer, canva simplify my work. Then other than AI canva give free templates it is super useful so a YouTube thumbnail or a Instagram post with a few changes I can create it. Canva it's not work correct in all the time, it make mistakes like while creating a post the AI feature that is implemented very well but sometimes it give wrong result.
