What do you like best about Canva?

I love using Canva because it makes design effortless. The ready‑made templates save me hours, whether it’s for social posts, presentations, or quick graphics. The drag‑and‑drop editor is smooth and intuitive, so I don’t waste time figuring things out.

Integrations are a big plus now with ChatGPT support, I can generate editable images directly inside Canva, which has improved my workflow in unexpected ways. Performance is reliable, everything loads fast, and I don’t need to install any heavy software, just open the website and start creating.

Pricing feels fair compared to the value I get, especially since it replaces multiple design tools. Onboarding was simple, and support resources are clear enough to get started quickly. The new AI features add intelligence to the platform, helping me create smarter designs with less effort.

What do you dislike about Canva?

One area where Canva could improve is access to advanced features. Tools like the background remover, premium templates, and brand kits are locked behind the paid plan, which makes the free version feel limiting for more serious design work. This affects my workflow because I often need these features to achieve polished results, and having to switch to other tools interrupts the smooth experience Canva otherwise provides.

A helpful improvement would be to offer lighter versions of these premium tools in the free plan, or introduce more flexible pricing tiers so users can unlock only the features they actually need. What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?

Canva solves a big problem for me by making design quick and accessible without needing complex software. For my website Pratap Solution, it helps me create blog banners that look professional and save my time. On my YouTube channel, it’s equally valuable for designing eye‑catching thumbnails that improve clicks and engagement.

The benefit is that I don’t need to hire a designer or spend hours learning advanced tools Canva’s ready templates and drag‑and‑drop editor let me focus on content while still maintaining a polished look.
