What I find most helpful about Canva is that it’s an easy-to-use design tool made for everyone, even if you have no background in graphic design. It provides thousands of ready-made templates for everything from presentations, social media posts, and posters to resumes and reports, so you don’t have to start from a blank page. Customizing designs is straightforward thanks to the drag-and-drop editor: you can swap photos, adjust text and fonts, change colors, and add shapes or animations in just a few clicks. On top of that, built-in features like the extensive stock media library, photo filters, background removal, smart resizing, and real-time team collaboration make it quick and hassle-free to create polished, professional-looking visuals. It works quite effectively with other tools, and collaboration is easy in canva. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
