What do you like best about Canto?

I like how easy it is to organize and tag our assets in Canto, making the experience intuitive for people who are tech-savvy and those who aren't. Asset distribution and tracking work really well, especially since we're able to track what is being downloaded and used and what's not. The platform helps everything be easily organized, especially when I need to add multiple assets at once, and the mass tags facilitate asset storage. What do you dislike about Canto?

What do you like best about Canto?

Overall, I love Canto and its functionality. The design, capabilities, and features are a great fit for our needs, as well as for our team members and clients. I especially love the AI capability that lets me search for a photo based on characteristics and descriptions, and I really appreciate the quick turnaround time on searches. As part of the admin team, I also get a back-end view of the interface, and I value how simple it is to use and how easy it is to teach others to self-serve what they need. What do you dislike about Canto?

What do you like best about Canto?

I love the tagging features, which help me find images much faster and easier. Sharelinks is another feature I use daily, as being able to share images with a single link is great for both me and the recipients. The organization of files is much better thanks to Canto, and looking up images is way faster. Sharing images with external partners is much improved with share links, and I appreciate that there are no more duplicate files. The initial setup was very easy for us, especially since I had previous experience with Canto, making it a no-brainer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canto?

What do you like best about Canto?

We are approaching one year with Canto and have seen excellent adoption within our teams. We are starting to implement next level options like portals. We continue to learn more about this powerful system and it's features. We just were assigned a Customer Success Manager and have already adopted some of his suggestions. What do you dislike about Canto?

Our implementation took much longer than we were advised in the initial vetting. In many cases this was because key staff were not available or didn't understand the needs (even though outlined in our initial outline)

There is almost TOO much to learn and utilize.

What do you like best about Canto?

I use Canto as our digital asset management system, and it has been a huge upgrade for how we organize, manage, and share marketing and sales assets — both internally and with external partners. Compared to our previous platform (Brandfolder), Canto has been significantly better in terms of cost, functionality, and overall customer experience. The initial setup process was thorough, well-guided, and easy to follow, which made onboarding smooth. I’ve already recommended Canto to outside partners and would absolutely continue to do so! Canto genuinely changed how our team handles assets. Before this, images, videos and brand files were scattered across Google Drive, email attachments, and random chat messages. What I like most is how searchable everything is even months later, I can find the exact images by keyword, tag, or usage type. The preview experience is clean, and sharing assets with external partners doesn't feel risky or messy anymore. What do you like best about Canto?

I use Canto everyday all day - I am a Digital Asset Manager - and love the separate Workspaces, Portals, Style guides and of course all the Metadata and how customizable it is.

It's very easy to use and while I do train new folks on how to navigate the DAM, it's really intuitive and doesn't take too much hand-holding.

What do you dislike about Canto?

We have been having some glitches where updated versions are not pulling through to our site, and we still see the old imagery.
