What do you like best about CanopyLAB?

Easy to use, intuitive interface. Aesthetically pleasing interface for visual learners. The passionate and smart team behind the scenes who genuinely care about the growing need of accessible, affordable, humanistic education for an exponential world. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CanopyLAB?

Distance learning is very isolating. Exponential technology in underserved communities can be quite alien. When learning about new concepts can make a person an easy target for online bullies or inaccurate information. I had hoped for more social interaction with others on the platform as I had limited support in my region for some of these concepts. Unfortunately, there was little to no human connection during my time on the platform as it was still in its infancy. The pandemic brought many challenges however and ongoing updates should be sufficient for bridging any shortcomings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering CanopyLAB:

I learned a great deal about international relations from my time on the platform. I am not current with changes and new courses on the platform. Localizing the goals was one of the most helpful lessons learned. It's easy to pontificate about high ideals... it is another to roll up your sleeves and make the changes in our communities. With increased digital connectivity our communities are changing. I am grateful to have been a part of the CanopyLAB journey and believe they will continue to offer a safe place to learn about new ideas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CanopyLAB solving and how is that benefiting you?

The digital divide is large and most "solutions" are not technological. I wish people would listen more. If I can't change the world then I shall endeavour to make the changes within myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
