What do you like best about Cangrade?

Cangrade has been very user-friendly and has given us another layer of insight when evaluating candidates. I like that the assessments provide information beyond just a resume and help us look at candidates more objectively. The platform is straightforward to navigate, and the results are presented in a way that is easy to understand and incorporate into our hiring process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cangrade?

We are still relatively new to the platform, so we are continuing to learn how to best incorporate it consistently across all of our positions. We have encountered a few technical glitches along the way that have required some troubleshooting. Nothing has prevented us from being able to use the platform or disrupted our overall hiring process, but at times those issues can make certain tasks a little more cumbersome than expected. What problems is Cangrade solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cangrade helps us add more structure and consistency to our candidate evaluation process. It gives our hiring managers additional information to consider alongside resumes and interviews and helps us identify areas we may want to explore further during the interview process.
