What do you like best about candidate.fyi?

There are many things we like about Candidate.fyi, but the biggest is its flexibility. Our team schedules everything from simple 1:1 interviews in the same time zone to complex, multi-region interview loops with different interview types on the same requisition, and Candidate.fyi has been able to support all of it seamlessly.

The platform is also very intuitive. While some tools take weeks or even months to fully learn, our team was able to get up and running in just a few days.

We also appreciate that Candidate.fyi goes beyond interview scheduling. It’s really focused on the full candidate experience, and now even the hiring manager and interviewer experience, with features like hiring manager satisfaction surveys, the interview intelligence notetaker, and more. They continue to ship new products and features that are genuinely useful and easy for our team to adopt, even for those who aren’t especially technical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about candidate.fyi?
