Camtasia has a wonderful interface that is so easy to understand and use. Sharing files and making branded updates is very easy with team members and external organizations. Pricing is reasonable and I have always found answers to my questions with support very easily. I have not ventured into the AI/Intelligence side of the platform, so no feedback on that. On occasion, finding a feature can be tricky, but I usually just look it up and am able to find it no problem! Export time can take awhile, naturally. It also discourages you from saving raw files on the cloud drive, but I've never had a problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
