The layout is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. Requiring payment upfront also makes customers less likely to cancel, since they won’t be able to get a refund on short notice. The drag-and-drop feature makes it extremely simple to move sites around as needed. I also really like being able to see all bookings displayed clearly on the front desk view.
