What do you like best about CampSite?

Campsite has a wonderful support team who are very attentive to our needs as a team and as an organization. I also appreciate that they follow up on issues with good timing! I appreciate that in the advanced reports button, I can find update information about what kinds of materials our families have been submitting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CampSite?

It is a bit bulky, and has many different features that we do not yet use. Parents also (since we work with so many first generation families) are unfamiliar with how to use online portals, and we play tech support sometimes to help them login. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CampSite solving and how is that benefiting you?

We admit over 200 students into our camps each summer, which involves a lot of paperwork! I really appreciate the centralized platform that Campsite provides for parents to send in all of their registration materials, in time.
