What problems is Campminder solving and how is that benefiting you?

We recently solved an issue which reset several previous staff members to total years of 0. This issue would not let these users into a staff survey and we were unaware of the issue until a user informed us. The Customer Support Team quickly resolved the issue with the help of their Solutions Team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
