"Campaign Monitor: Advanced Segmentation and Intuitive Drag-and-Drop Builder"

5/5

What do you like best about Campaign Monitor?

I chose Campaign Monitor because of its advanced segmentation abilities and also the simplicity of the drag-and-drop email builder. I love that I can segment customers based on who their contact is at the company, or based on where they're coming from; then, to speak to them in the language that resonates most with them.

The pricing seems fair, and the tracking is great by list or map. I've never had trouble integrating the list with other apps, and overall it is just a robust platform. But it is the segmentation and subsequent automation capabilities (to segments) that is the biggest advantage of CM over other options, imo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Campaign Monitor?

There are few annoyances; the builder is not perfect, but it's not far off. As good or better than most other email platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Campaign Monitor solving and how is that benefiting you?

Automations allow us to capture new subs on our drip campaign list, or new leads on a transactional list, and speak to them all appropriately, without a huge lift from us. You set it up with intention, and then it just runs, communicating with everyone without much oversight. The data is great and helpful for future decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
