What do you like best about CallTower?

The CallTower Team was very responsive in answering all of our questions regarding conferencing options and the choice to use our GCCH Microsoft Teams Conferencing. They explained how the service works and how the meeting invite emails with contain the assigned phone number for call in ability and to host a meeting in Teams. What do you dislike about CallTower?

What problems is CallTower solving and how is that benefiting you?
