What do you like best about CallTower?

CallTower covered all the bases. Knowledge, support, time to resolution. Have been extremely happy so far with CallTower. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CallTower?

So far we have not found anything that we dislike Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering CallTower:

I would choose CallTower if I were you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CallTower solving and how is that benefiting you?

Moving from our on-prem phone system that needed a costly upgrade or replacement to Teams with CallTower was a wise decision. The integration was smooth and we haven't missed a beat. Also, by moving our O365 licensing over, their Office support has been better than anything we have used before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
