What do you like best about Callsy?

It's fully automated. There is not much to do. You click few buttons and it just does the job. So setup is really easy and requires no monitoring. It is also a money saver, as we used to use SMS for our abandoned checkouts, and now can just have it one place at fraction of cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Callsy?

I wish i could localise each agent to each country. As now you can only have 1 agent speaking 1 language. But the team promised to realese update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Callsy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Callsy helps us recover sales we’d normally lose from abandoned carts and missed follow-ups. Before, our team wasted hours chasing unqualified leads and still missed opportunities outside working hours. Now Callsy handles outreach automatically, qualifies leads, and even brings customers back with personalized offers.
