One feature that stands out is the ease of call monitoring and access to call recordings, which helps with quality assurance and team training. The onboarding process was straightforward, and the platform has been reliable for handling daily support operations. The analytics and reporting tools provide useful insights into call performance and agent productivity.

**What do you dislike about CallHippo?**

The platform could benefit from faster loading times in the web dashboard, especially when accessing call logs and recordings. Improvements in call quality consistency during network fluctuations would also be helpful. Additionally, more flexible pricing options and enhanced customization for reports and integrations would further improve the overall experience.

CallHippo helps us manage customer communication more efficiently by centralizing inbound and outbound calls on a single platform. It enables our support and operations teams to track call history, access recordings, monitor agent performance, and ensure that no customer inquiries are missed. The integration capabilities help streamline workflows, while the AI-powered analytics provide valuable insights into call trends and team productivity. As a result, we have improved response times, enhanced customer service quality, and reduced the effort required to manage business communications.

**What do you like best about CallHippo?**

The call recording functionality and dashboard are the most helpful features. Call recording makes it easy to review conversations, monitor quality, and train team members. The dashboard provides a clear overview of call activity, performance metrics, and team productivity, helping managers make informed decisions and track business performance efficiently.

**What do you dislike about CallHippo?**

One area for improvement is the password policy. The requirement to reset passwords every 60 days can be inconvenient, especially for users who access the platform regularly. A more flexible security approach, such as longer password validity periods combined with multi-factor authentication, would improve the user experience.

**What problems is CallHippo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CallHippo helps us manage cold-calling campaigns more effectively. Our sales team uses it to place and track outbound calls, record conversations, monitor performance, and follow up with prospects in an organized way. Features such as call recording, analytics, and centralized call management have helped us improve productivity, maintain consistent quality, and increase our chances of converting leads into customers.

**What do you like best about CallHippo?**

I really like how CallHippo is working very well for us. It's been great for helping us connect with customers, especially through phone calls. The Dashboard is another aspect I enjoy, particularly the calling option and other features, which help us make the most out of customer connections. I also find their support system really good; they assist us immediately when issues crop up. The initial setup was very easy too, which I appreciate.

**What do you dislike about CallHippo?**

Sometimes, there are call connectivity issues, like when I was on a call with a customer and the call got dropped suddenly, even though everything was fine with the internet and everything.

**What problems is CallHippo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CallHippo helps us connect with customers through phone calls, which is essential in the education sector. The Dashboard's calling option and other features facilitate this connection.

**What do you like best about CallHippo?**

Talking about CallHippo and what I find best about it, I’d first mention the UI and UX. Both the dialer and the dashboard are simple, which makes it easy for a user to understand and start working with the software quickly.

The next thing I can talk about is how we use it. We’re a small agency (you could also call us a startup right now), and we searched for many solutions for international dialing because we’re based in India and trying to get customers in the US and UK for our marketing services. Because of that, we use CallHippo on a daily basis without fail, and it has become one of the most crucial tools we use regularly.

When it comes to navigation and the overall structure of the product, it has been smooth for us from day one. We didn’t frustrate ourselves trying to figure things out—it has been simple to use. At the moment, since we’re still a small company, we only have two dialers right now, so my co-founder and I use CallHippo for international dialing. Overall, the product experience has been smooth for us up to now.

For integrations, we haven’t integrated any CRM or other software yet because we’re just starting out. However, we’re currently considering two options: either Zoho CRM or Salesforce. For most things, we feel more confident about Salesforce.

Talking about performance, the software is straightforward to use, and we can connect with our prospects in the UK and US easily while being in India.

On pricing, since we’re a startup and a small-scale agency trying to scale up, we were able to get licenses at reduced pricing.

Support and onboarding were also very simple for us. The onboarding team was quick to get us set up, and even now, when our numbers get flagged as spam, they help us change the number to new ones, which really helps.

For the dashboard, I can say it displays accurate data for the number of calls dialed, the number of actions taken, and call dispositions. This helps us understand things better—like what our more ICPs are and what the best time is to hit the call button. As for AI and intelligence features, we haven’t used those much yet, but one thing is sure: the dashboard has been really, really helpful for us and continues to support our day-to-day work.

**What do you dislike about CallHippo?**

The thing I dislike about CallHippo is that, although the software has been overall helpful for us, we sometimes face a few issues. At times we dial a call and it doesn’t get reported on the dashboard. Sometimes the call quality is poor as well, and the audio routing isn’t very effective.

That said, it does offer the option to use text messages too, which is an added benefit for us. Still, if the call quality could be improved, that would be the best thing that could happen.

Apart from that, when we asked the team to change our numbers, they said they would only change the number once for free within 6 months; before that, we would have to pay. This is something that needs to be improved.

**What problems is CallHippo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, CallHippo solves the problem of connecting with international clients who could become potential business partners. Apart from that, it also helps me send SMS texts, and I can create a WhatsApp account for the same number to reach out to my prospects. In that sense, all my channels for contacting potential prospects are secured, and I can make sure I’m able to tap into potential customers in every possible way and keep the business flowing.

**What do you like best about CallHippo?**

We use CallHippo across our organization, and I’m specifically referring to the sales team. The UI/UX is simple and easy to navigate because the dialer feels very similar to a phone’s dialer: I can just enter a number and hit the call button.

We’ve integrated our CallHippo dialer and dashboard with Salesforce CRM since we do a weekly review of our activities. From a pricing standpoint, I still feel it’s feasible even if we buy just one license. In our case, we’re 10 people using a set of 6 licenses, and we generally work in different shifts, so our ROI is better this way. It’s easy for us to use, and the pricing still suits our pocket when you look at the license-to-people ratio.

In terms of performance, there are times when it creates a few issues with connection or audio input/output, but overall it has been a good product for our organization, especially for our outbound efforts. Our onboarding was also straightforward. The onboarding team ran a simple session, and although there aren’t many things to understand about the dialer, it was smooth and we were able to get hands-on with the product quickly.

Finally, on the AI and intelligence side, it provides a dashboard through which we can analyze, interpret, and make decisions based on the data. This has helped a lot because, based on the connection ratio, we’re able to understand which geography is best suited in terms of connections and when we need to dial more calls to generate more leads.

**What do you dislike about CallHippo?**

The main thing I generally dislike about CallHippo is that, to change numbers, we usually have to contact the account manager first, and only then can we make the change. At times they are very unresponsive, which makes the whole process frustrating. We also sometimes face issues with call audio: even after the call connects, the other person can’t hear us, or we can’t hear them. These are the issues we’ve been facing, and probably the only things I dislike about CallHippo.

**What problems is CallHippo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me connect with leads based outside India, specifically in the US, UK, and UAE, without having to spend extra on additional SIM cards or pay extra charges. We pay our money and can start working instantly there’s no complicated onboarding or any other hassle. It’s basically plug-and-play: just dial, and you’re good to go. The SMS feature they offer is an additional benefit as well, especially when we want to reach out to customers via SMS.

**What do you like best about CallHippo?**

1) The connection rate with CallHippo is better than other platforms I’ve used. 

2) Throughout the entire process of getting the number, everything was seamless. The CallHippo team was very helpful and stayed active throughout the process. 

3) The call quality is also very good—there’s no lag or stutter.

4) They have updated the platform with new features that are very useful in my day to day usage.

There is no such thing I dislike about the platform. My only concern is sometime the call disconnects in the midway of conversation, maybe its because of the internet

**What problems is CallHippo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The no.1 problem CallHippo is solving for me is connecting with my prospects from overseas and the freedom to call from the local numbers. Also If the number is getting spammed. Callhippo team exchanges the number with ease.

I’d also like to see more flexibility in how analytics and workflows can be customized, and customer support response times can be inconsistent.

Overall, this supports higher team productivity, improves call accountability, enables remote work, and helps create more structured sales and customer support operations.

What I like best about CallHippo is how it makes business calling simple, global, and scalable. The combination of easy cloud setup, strong call analytics, CRM integrations, and features like call recording and IVR really helps sales and support teams work more efficiently and professionally without heavy infrastructure.

One thing that can be frustrating about CallHippo is call quality inconsistency at times, especially when internet connectivity is not very stable. Also, some advanced features and integrations are locked behind higher pricing plans, which can feel a bit restrictive for smaller teams or startups.

This benefits me by making communication more organized and professional, improving follow-ups, increasing team productivity, and giving better visibility into call performance and customer interactions.
