What do you like best about CallHippo?

Nothing at all. Completely a scam company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CallHippo?

The company promised us a working virtual number for a specific country and did not deliver and asked for random documents they did not ask for before.

They also charged my credit card for the full year even though we enrolled for a monthly trial. They are saying it was because we used their coupon that worked for their monthly payment. It was a misunderstanding on our side and the result is a full-year charge.

I will be pressing charges in India, the EU, and the USA. They have no idea the kind of organization they messed with this time.

For others coming along- DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering CallHippo:

One simple recommendation, please do not use them as they will underdeliver and overcharge. Giving your credit card details to them is the worst thing you can do. There are plenty of other SaaS companies that do hassle-free returns, please use them for everyone's sake. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CallHippo solving and how is that benefiting you?
