Very simple to use and was to setup. A lightweight and no-frills dialer that just works as advertised. I use it daily as a BDR on Salesloft and was able to integrate it myself without Sales Ops support with just a few clicks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Can't really think of any downsides. I guess it can get buggy every once in a while but that's probably like once per quarter. They usually know what the issue is and will communicate often via email until it's fixed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
