What do you like best about Callbell?
I like how easy it is to set up the platform; it is very intuitive, and the metrics are excellent and highly detailed. They offer integrations via Zapier and API, which has allowed us to automate a large part of our processes.
Support is available via WhatsApp Monday through Friday, and they respond quickly and efficiently. They also assist with account onboarding and agent training.
We have a bot that combines a journey bot with integrated AI—it's excellent.
The platform is stable; in terms of pricing, it isn't the cheapest, but the service is worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
