What do you like best about Call Tracker?

The best thing I like about Call Tracker Software is that it helps to identify the name of every call before its connected which helps in acknwoledging the person already before talking itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Call Tracker?

The thing which I don't like about Call Tracker is that it automatically gets started even if there is no internet and then sometimes it takes time to get connected to the call, which is time-consuming and annoying sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Call Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?

Call tracker has made a good impact on my company business as it helps to accompany or manage multiple call requirements to be attended to simultaneously.Also. it helps the Client to tackle any issue by connecting on real time basis.
