What problems is Call Center Designer solving and how is that benefiting you?

With a little under 1000 employees an efficient Call Center Design is a must. With multiple calls going out and coming in we need a company who is reliable and on top of it. With Call Center Design we have that. We never have dropped calls or static. Customer service is superb. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
