What do you like best about Calendly?

Calendly so far has been great and I am still using calendly. I have more bookings now and I even embedded it on my website, so this embedding has helped me to share my booking page directly from my website. This shows a sense of professionalism to my clients. What do you dislike about Calendly?

In the new era of AI, I think calendly should have more AI features which is missing right now with Calendly. So they should work more on this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Finding the time on someone's schedule and then hoping them to honor the time is really challenging. Calendly booking makes it easy to book the time and makes sure there is no double booking at the same time. Also I can check my calendar for appointments and I keep getting reminders so I do not miss my appointments. So i think this was a big challenge that Calendly is solving for small business like me.
