It would be really hard to manage without it. Calendly have the ability to schedule calls and share a calendar together with other team members, this was a key feature for our use case. **What do you dislike about Calendly?** I missed the ability to create a calendar shared with other team members, without the Round Robin feature, so that appointments wouldn't be distributed evenly across team members, but all team members would be able to join any call, and the availability will be a sum of free slots from all team members. I hope Calendly team can validate this use case, and perhaps have a feature for it. But it was still manageable otherwise, and would have been more difficult without Calendly. The most optimal times are agreed asynchronously.
