It's very easy to customized the meeting links and manage the admin created links for the teams.

Additional fee for the features such as removing the logo from the meeting scheduler page.

It's making possible to customized meeting links such as creating multiple links and blocking specific days on speficis links and making available on other links.

Amazing resource to keep in touch with all the parents in my classes. Parent love that every time they want to speak we don't need to volley emails to find the right time.

Far too expensive for an individual and I wish more of the features were available in the free account.

I have to arrange meeting with a lot of differente people from outside my company, so this is the way everyone can see my availability at the same in real time.

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

Calendly is easy to setup and to learn to use. It makes scheduling for work so much quicker and easier. I like having one link that I keep updated for live availability.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

I struggled at first to work out how to block out time or change my availability.  This was easy to figure out after a fee uses though.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving me a lot of time emailing out my availability and stopping double bookings.

I used to schedule business appointments on my own. I was a wuss, a slave to whenever folks wanted to meet, sometimes early early mornings or way too late at night. Now, Calendly handles it all for me, but I still get to be in control.

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

No more back-and-forth on meeting times with leads and clients! Setting up multiple meeting text reminders for myself and my team has made it so we've never missed a meeting since using Calendly—hundreds and hundreds of meetings.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

Facetime meetings are required for what I do. I would lose prospects and clients if I didn't have the option. Making a custom "location" is clunky and causes errors on the client side. They need to have an integrated option for this, like years ago... I came here specifically to say this!

Fast and simple meetings that require practically no input from me.

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

Calendly really helps to streamline meeting scheduling. Having a link in my email signature, website, and one to send for specific events helps avoid the back and forth of finding a time that works for you. It was easy to integrate with my Squarespace website and simple to set up different meeting options.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

Some of the features have a learning curve. I don't always have time to figure out how to use them to their full functionality. Setting up custom calendars for specific events can be a bit cumbersome.

Calendly saves me a lot of time in scheduling with multiple clients.

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

Calendly has been an incredibly useful tool in my role as a Customer Success Manager. The ability to easily book calls with customers and control my daily schedule has improved my effeciency and work flow immensely while providing an excellent experience to my customers.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

There's not much I don't like. I'd love to see my company implement it so that I could use it when booking calls with colleagues. One thing that would be useful is the ability for me to add additional attendees to calls when I make the booking instead of after.

Sending customers advanced emails and simplifying my work.

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

Calendly was very useful to schedule calls with research participants. It would be really hard to manage without it.

Calendly have the ability to schedule calls and share a calendar together with other team members, this was a key feature for our use case.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

I missed the ability to create a calendar shared with other team members, without the Round Robin feature, so that appointments wouldn't be distributed evenly across team members, but all team members would be able to join any call, and the availability will be a sum of free slots from all team members.

I hope Calendly team can validate this use case, and perhaps have a feature for it. But it was still manageable otherwise, and would have been more difficult without Calendly. So, thanks!

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem to sync with other people the most optimal time for scheduling a call. The most optimal times are agreed asynchronously. And also to do so together with other team members.

Calendly is great for scheduling meetings for all of our customer types. I like how you can create different types of meetings and use different schedules. The email automation tools are also nice.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

The recent update to the availability calendars is kind of confusing. I couldn't find the universal calendar anywhere anymore. I'm not sure if availability is just dependent on each meeting type now.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Calendly to schedule consultations with potential customers. It helps our customers see our availability and schedule a meeting when we are available. The automated meeting reminders to customers are helpful for them to remind them of their meeting and give them the option to cancel or reschedule.

Making last minute changes to calls isn't as simple with the various integrations for Google Calendar.  Some settings are also not as easy to locate in the UI.

Quite possible the most convenient tool out there to assist with scheduling and calendars. Highly configurable, allows for multiple calendar connections, multiple types of meetings, in person or virtual. Honestly, I cant say enough about the platform and refer everyone to it!

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

Can we say anything bad? I use the free version and it's amazing for linking to one calendar.

Solves the problem of multiple emails back and forth and reviewing calendars and challenges. If someone sends me a link to schedule, it even checks against my existing schedule and recommends a good time based on my settings.

I have been using calendly for years across several companies. It is essential for me to schedule candidates properly especially the screening calls. Calendly helps me manage my schedule and off loading the task of booking to my candidates

I just hope we have the option to upload documents as they book their schedule. Enabling them to attach their resumes, cover sheet etc

Its helping me streamline my daily schedule. It automates calendar management because all I need to do is just send out an initial email to candidates and include my calendly link in the bottom and they book their own interviews with me.

I love how Calendly syncs so seamlessly with my calendar—and how I can control the buffer time I need before and after appointments! I have coaching clients, and *I* need to trust a client can click on my calendar and choose from the available time slots. So easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

I have not found a downside. What's to dislike?

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendly solves the problem of me having to communicate my availability. When someone chooses a day and timeslot, that one is instanly rreserved. Should a client need to cancel, their cancellation immediately makes that slot available for someone else. Seamless!

I love most that we are able to set times that we're scheduling for and send out a link to people and they can schedule themselves, you can even have the system collect payment via credit card.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

I have not found anything so fat that I don't like with this software.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are now able to painlessly schedule interviews without all of the back and forth that we had previously.  Also, this software will make sure we don't double book and is able to take payments for events as applicable.

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I love how intuitive and simple Calendly is. The automated processes save time, energy, and a lot of back-and-forth. The system allows me to manage my calendar and avoid time negotiations. I love how it integrates seamlessly with multiple platforms and apps and that editing and updating services and availability is so easy.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

With so many similar products and services, I struggle to see the value in the current pricing system. Perhaps I am not a heavy enough user to take full advantage of the suite of options, but in recent months, I have not found any distinctive benefit to maintaining an upgraded account.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendly removed the need for back-and-forth conversations to identify mutually convenient times to hold client calls. It also removes a lot of admin – there is no need to create and email links, reminders, rescheduling, and cancellation options are available to appointment holders, and everything is kept in one place – questionnaires, calendars, client information, and more.

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

My business is rooted in staying close to my customers and prospects. Calendly allows my customers to efficiently access and schedule a mutually agreeable time and date to meet without the hassle of playing Phone Tag to schedule a meeting.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

When using Calendly, I need to be monitoring my calendar. When a meeting is scheduled on short notice, I may miss the notification of that meeting.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When a client or prospect wants to speak with my firm, they can simply schedule that meeting on Calendly.  There is no longer the delay and hassle of Phone Tag to find an agreeable time and date to meet.

Calendly should be in every business owners tech stack if they want to save time and effort when scheduling meetings.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

The only issue I have with Calendly is the functionality when it comes to rescheduling a meeting that was cancelled.

Solving the need to email back and forth in order to find time to meet. It also allows me to personalized my meeting links helping me to stay organize and know what is on my calendar at a glance.

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

Once set up and synched with your preferred calendar application, Calendly eliminates all the guesswork and back and forth associated with making appointments. 

In my recruitment business I conduct phone screening calls with suitable candidates. 

Before Calendly this required major brain damage to set up a time. Now, I send the applicant a link and they pick the time that suits both of us! 

I recently had an issue with this app (it was my mistake) and was able to access  exceptional customer support that fixed the problem very quickly.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

I don't think there are any downsides of this app for me. It just works. At the start there was some hassle getting my iCloud calendar to synch but it's now been rock solid for years.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problem solved: Setting phone interview appointments.

Benefits: No longer to I have to call or text someone to organise a time. I send them the Calendly link and they pick the time that suits them (and me).

I really like using Calendly for tutoring appointments with my students. It's quick and easy for my students to use and it's easy for me to adjust or setup. I loke the appointment reminders my students and I receive and that I can send a follow-up message to the students. It's really great!

The only downside is the cost, but I can deal with it for now.

I like that the fact that I can share a link vs 

1. having to open up other calendar apps and enter multiple details, specially if it involves different time zones, and 

2. having to go back and forth over email to finally find a day,time slot that works for all parties.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

1. I would have liked the integrations to work with a lot more ease. I stuggled with the iOS calendar integration.

2. I've found that if a meet is scheduled and the automated flow sets up an entry in the calendar, in the event of a change, a mere updation of that calendar entry natively doesn't intimate all invitees about the revised slot. There may be a hack around this but I had an issue with this and had to create a new event natively after the Calendly-triggered event didn't send out the requisite mails.

By automating online appointments, it's helping me save time and manage time better.
