The best thing about Calendly is that you can coordinate with people from outside your organization to schedule a meeting without the back-and-forth of availability and worrying about the time zone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We hear your feedback on quickly making yourself unavailable and while there are a couple ways you can do that in Calendly, I find that the quickest way to remove availability is to create an event on your personal calendar and set the event's status to "busy". That way, Calendly will recognize the conflict and automatically remove those time slots across your events so you don't get double booked!
