"Using Calendly In Higher Education"

What do you like best about Calendly?

I started using Calendly because it was able to be connected and synced to my Google account which allowed for easier team management with my students. I love the interface as it is simple, clean and easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

In the past, what I didn't like about Calendly is that you have to really know how to sync it or add it to other software outside of Google. ALTHOUGH, they just added compatibility to Microsoft programs so I am excited to start using it with my work account. I also wish it had more features such as polls, surveys, and direct messaging. What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have a team of about 30 students and I use Calendly to schedule their interactions with other students. This allows me to have oversight and flexibility in their peer-to-peer interactions. I have also realized that it takes a while for students (and staff/faculty) to get used to Calendly but once they do, it becomes easier for them to use their Microsoft calendar for scheduling and reporting.
